I haven't really been following Cassette Playa, but I fell in love with Carrie Munden's work about 5 years ago while reading i-D. It's crazy and chaotic and I feel like pieces of my ideal childhood are laced in with raves, sportswear, and New Wave. A while ago they did this editorial shoot with these paper mache monster heads.
After I saw this stuff I tried to make my own skirt and hoodie set from a teal warm-up suit from the thrift store. It was mildly successful. I made a skirt from pants but the sweater was too short...
These are much better.

They pretty much only make men's clothing, but the girls can wear it too.

These aren't girls, but they are pretty like girls.
