Rob Ryan is one of my favorite contemporary artists/ illustrators.
He works with cut paper, and usually does a single composition out of a single piece of paper.
His work conveys very personal and emotional sentiments about love.
The text is so beautiful
"We have to use our beaks to build our houses, they use theirs only to kiss."
These make me want to sit by my the window on a rainy day and eat buttery pancakes
while listening to Nickel Creek. Mmmm, happiness.
